From Route 128
* From Route 128 (also I-95), take Route 9 West.
* Travel about eight miles west on Route 9 to the Speen Street
exit. Continue north on Speen Street past the Clover Leaf Mall and Home
Depot on your right to the intersection at Route 30.
* Turn left onto Route 30 West. After passing the entrance and
westbound exit of the Massachusetts Turnpike, turn right at the first
traffic light onto Burr Street.
* Take the first right turn into 550 Cochituate Road (The
Corporate Center). Choose the indoor parking on your left.
* The main lobby for 550 Cochituate Road is in the center of the
building. The receptionist can direct you to The Suites at 550 in the
East Wing on the fourth floor. Alternatively, you may park closer to
the left side (as you face the building) of the building; enter the East
Wing lobby and take the elevator to the fourth floor.
From The Massachusetts Turnpike (Route I-90)
* From the Massachusetts Turnpike, take Exit 13 -
Natick/Framingham.
* After you pay the toll, bear right. This exit ramp will put
you on Route 30 heading west.
* Turn right at the first traffic light onto Burr Street.
* Take the first right turn into 550 Cochituate Road (The
Corporate Center). Choose the indoor parking on your left.
* The main lobby for 550 Cochituate Road is in the center of the

* From Route 495, take The Massachusetts Turnpike heading east
toward Boston.
