Director of Sales or Sales Manager reports to VP Global Sales and Field Operations.
Responsibilities:
Build, lead, manage and grow key accounts to deliver the companyˇ¦s stated financial objectives.
Implement the structure, process, and personnel in order for the company to successfully scale its operations.
Build strong relationships at the C-level in order to leverage new business and build customer confidence in companyˇ¦s ability to be a strategic partner.
Develop and maintain industry relationships that provide opportunities for new business development.
A Strong Process Orientation: A manager that applies analytical discipline and rigor in the management of a business by:
„XRunning the business in a quantitative manner by developing appropriate metrics, and key performance indicators.
Developing forecasting and sell through modeling tools to provide greater visibility into the business and customer relationships.
Qualifications:
An undergraduate degree is required.
Extensive knowledge of the Biology & Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical and/or Materials Sciences industries, with current or past specific experience in the capital equipment sector.
Specific large account management experience required. Ideally, has implemented or led a global account management organization.
